PROS

• A large selection of professional templates
• Unlimited sub-groups allow for multiple sites on the domain
• User-specific security settings allows for multiple contributors to various areas of the site
• FinalWeb staff maintains the software, servers, upgrades, domain name, etc.
• 24x7 real human help
• Good support for podcasts and RSS feeds

CONS

• Can't be easily customized - the tools offer lots of options, but if it doesn't come "out of the box" it isn't easy to add in
• No global community fo developers as with other open source CMS systems
• Many of the templates are not yet "responsive" to tablet and smartphone formats
